Rejuvenating Hot Matcha Green Tea Latte
Ingredients

1/2-1 teaspoon of Preferred Matcha green tea powder

3 ounces of hot water

Half and Half or milk of choice
-
Sweetener (optional)
Instructions
Mix hot water with the Preferred Matcha green tea powder. Whisk in a zigzag motion. Add the half and half or milk of choice and a sweetener. Adjust to taste and enjoy.
Energizing Iced Matcha Green Tea Latte
Ingredients

12 oz milk of choice
-
2 teaspoons of Preferred Matcha tea powder

2 teaspoons of vanilla syrup, honey or a sweetener of choice

1 cup of ice
Instructions

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender until the mixture is smooth.

Pour into a cup of ice and Enjoy!
Refreshing Matcha Ice Pops for Children
Vegan, Gluten-free, Dairy-free,
Soy-free, & Nut-free Matcha Ice Pops

Ingredients

1 teaspoon of Preferred Matcha green powder

3 organic strawberries or a handful of blueberries
-
1 teaspoon of honey
-
1/2 cup of coconut milk
-
A dash of hot water
Instructions

Cut the strawberries into bite-sized pieces or take a handful of blueberries and place them in the bottom of the popsicle molds or in an ice cube tray.

Add 1 teaspoon of Preferred Matcha Tea and a dash of water to a bowl.

Add a teaspoon of honey.

Whisk it up.

Pour the liquid into the molds or an ice cube tray.

Insert the popsicle sticks into the molds.

Freeze overnight and Enjoy.

Vanilla Matcha Protein Smoothie

1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

2 teaspoons of Preferred Matcha green tea powder

1 banana
-
1/2 cup of ice
-
1/2 teaspoon of maple syrup
-
1/4 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract or 1/8 teaspoon of vanilla bean powder
Instructions

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender until the mixture is smooth.
